CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits for weekend registrations are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another guest not yet registered for that event. Deposits can not be transferred to a future event.
If you cancel your weekend reserved spot within 30 days of the event, we will refund or transfer (future event) your fees minus the non-refundable deposit. If you have to cancel your weekend reserved spot within 29 days before the event no refund or transfer will be made due to the expenses we have incurred on your behalf. Not showing up for your weekend reserved spot will forfeit all funds to First Class Scraps LLC. Forfeited funds can not be used as a credit for future events.
All day cropper fees are non-refundable but can be transferred to another guest not yet registered for that event. If you cancel your day cropper spot no refund or transfer will be given due to the limited number of day cropper spots we have available at each of our events. Not showing up for your day cropper spot will forfeit all funds to First Class Scraps LLC.
First Class Scraps LLC reserves the right to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances and is not responsible for any associated cost incurred by the registrants. In case of cancellation by First Class Scraps LLC, all fees will be refunded promptly.
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
By paying deposit and submitting registration information you agree to accept First Class Scraps LLC, terms as follows:
I agree to all of the events policies and confirm that all information provided herein is true and correct. I hereby release First Class Scraps LLC, its sponsors, offices, agents, and employees from any and all liability, claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, costs and expenses of any kind which arise out of or result from my attendance to the First Class Scraps LLC event, whether or not foreseeable, including without limitation personal injuries to me or my invitees. By my attending a First Class Scraps LLC event, I realize that I may be included in publicity photos. I hereby give my permission for the use of these photos and/or comments in future First Class Scraps LLC event promotional materials.
