May 2026 Balance Due Single Occupancy - includes non-refundable credit card processing fees. If you cancel your weekend reserved spot within 30 days of the event, we will refund or transfer (future event) your fees minus the non-refundable deposit. If you have to cancel your weekend reserved spot within 29 days of the event no refund or transfer will be made due to the expenses we have incurred on your behalf.
